Check these before you email

What should I do if export fails or the image looks wrong?

Check export permissions, available device storage, and source image size first. If the issue remains, email us with screenshots and exact reproduction steps.

What if bead counts do not match my expected materials?

Regenerate the count after your final edits, then send the source image, output pattern, and a short description of the mismatch.

Can I submit feature requests?

Yes. We welcome suggestions for palettes, editor tools, export templates, and workflow improvements. Add “Feature Request” to the email subject.
